The aim of this study was to prepare TiO2/Ag/Cu magnetron co-sputtered coatings with controlled characteristics and correlate them the antimicrobial activity coated glass samples. elemental composition distribution, surface morphology, wettability, energy its component were estimated as influencing bioadhesion. Well expressed, specific, Ag/Cu concentration-dependent in vitro demonstrated toward Gram-negative Gram-positive standard test bacterial strains both by diffusion 21 assay Most Probable Number surviving cells.
